8. Location Collection for Timesheet Feature

DGMS may collect precise location data only when a user starts an active timesheet. Location access helps confirm job-site activity and work records.

a. Location Data Collected During Active Timesheet

Foreground Location: When the software or app is open.
Background Location: When the system is closed or running in the background but an active timesheet is still in progress.

b. When Location Is Collected

Location information is collected only while a timesheet is running.

It stops immediately when a user pauses, stops or completes the timesheet.

c. Purpose of Collecting Location Data

Location is used for:

• Recording accurate job-site locations
• Verifying travel or work routes
• Supporting timesheet reports required by employers or project managers

d. When Location Is Not Collected

We do not collect location information when:

• No timesheet is active
• A timesheet is paused or stopped
• DGMS is installed but not being used

e. How We Handle Location Data

We do not sell location data. All location information is processed under applicable privacy laws and our internal data-security standards.
